Optimistic Numbers for Naples Real Estate Market

At the end of each quarter the Naples Area Board of Realtors announces it statistics. The numbers for sales were down for the 3rd quarter but having been in this business for over 7 years it is the ebb and flow of our market place. I'm not going to bore with all the numbers but one really interested me and that was the number of Actives at this point in time. Last year we had approximatley 9700+ properties listed. This year at the same time we only have 7953. Our sales this year have been robust! when I've taken clients out the inventory is very slim compared to years past. We do expect numbers to rise when our winter guests come down after the New Year.How much will determine the health of our market.
