HAPPY NEW YEAR.
2007 is gone and '08 is here. We have experienced a challenging this past year in the real estate profession. For those of us committed to our clients and professional standards, we feel this is a good time in real estate. Remember what your Mom said! If it's too good to be true, then watch out.
I had friends borrowing on their houses to catch a part of that hot real estate market and are now reeling with 2or 3 mortgage payments. Many of the homes they borrowed on are now less than they were when the bank gave them their home equity line of credit. This truly is a buyer's market. This next year will be very interesting and I am looking forward to every single day!
P.S. Our weather today is 54 degrees, windy and cold. And that is something to write home about!
