Naples, Florida is cold and sunny. The wind chill factor last night was 25 degrees. But, it will be back to the high 70's this weekend!
Today's MLS report shows we had 31 houses go pending and 25 SOLD. We have maintained double digit pending/sold since the middle of November. The numbers started climbing in October and have remained steady since then. This is good! That means that in one week we have at least 70 houses sold (10 per day) or as high as 175 (25 per day). This is all inventory that is chipping away at that 2 to 3 year inventory we have built up. My calls from our northern guests has picked up. They want to buy while they can. The Europeans are buying too! My friends from the north, Canadians, and the true across the pond Europeans are enjoying a very healthy conversion rate in their favor.
