Naples Florida Real Estate

Good Morning:

For those of you who hate those calls from pesky Floridians in mid-February about how nice our weather is, don't call me today. It's cold and windy. Not the Paradise I know and love.

Our real estate market is changing. The high end properties like Grey Oaks, Vineyards, Tiburon, Collier Reserve, Pelican Bay, Royal Harbour, Moorings and Olde Town are selling and have been selling all throughout this slow down. The other parcels that are selling are the low end. What has really been hurt the most are condos and mid-priced from $400k to $800K. I find it most interesting that our local paper will on occasion let out some good news. For the most part it is doom and gloom. I look at our sales board at work and it has the bet numbers we've had in 2 1/2 years!

I look forward to being your real estate agent for Naples,Bonita and Estero.
