My how time flies!
My last post was eons ago but I have to say I've have been busy. Fifth Avenue in Naples has been crammed full of visitors and people wanting to know about properties to buy and rent for 2009. I love 5th Avenue. The energy is not New York City but the people that come to visit us are on the most part nice, honest and not into raucous spring breaks.
Our market is better! but of course I've been saying that since November. Our pendings and solds have increased steadily and the listings have slowed. We want that inventory to go down but not before some of my clients get a chance to buy at the lowest price in recent history.
April in Naples is magic. My husband I enjoy fishing. Even if you don't fish or catch, just getting out onto that azure blue water under the brightest blue sky and sun....it is heaven!
We might be slowing down a bit when our winter visitors go home and before the Europeans come to 5th Avenue, so look for more about Naples, Florida!
