Another Day in Paradise!
I just talked to clients in Boston and the weather is 40 degrees, rainy, cloudy, gray and yucky. They are trying real hard not to turn on the heat out of defiance. We are having a little shower as I write. Florida rain in April is a blessed event. April is our driest month so any rain is a gift.
The buyers keep coming. After my crowd left last week, I have news of more coming on Saturday. Check out The Naples Daily News and go to the archives www.naplesdailynews.com for all of last week. There were some great articles about real estate sales in Naples. Remember, all real estate is local and we are doing OK. I love to show my town of Naples to those who have never seen it. It's like unwrapping the best gift ever. This town is so beautiful I still have to pinch myself from time to time to realize I am really here....full time!
Oh the rain stopped. I think I'll go play some tennis before I go to the office.
