Numbers don't lie.
I wish you had the privilege of seeing the numbers I do everyday posted on the Sunshine MLS as I do. Everyday, the pendings and the solds continue to remain strong. this is a hopeful sign compared to watching these numbers for the last year!
The luxury homes, $1 million and more are still selling but the the lower end numbers are increasing. Homes under $300,000 by far, are the most sought after. I have worked all winter and spring with buyers from up north. They finally see their chance to own in Naples. The time has never been better but keep in mind that lower priced homes are selling between 20-40 a day. the inventory will decrease and then we have the law of supply and demand in force again.
